A little bit about me...
Frank Swiatek has been serving Central Ohio real estate clients since 2010, earning a reputation for honest advice, strong advocacy, and exceptional customer service. He believes the best real estate decisions happen when clients fully understand the process, so he takes the time to walk buyers and sellers through every step, encouraging questions and providing clear guidance along the way. As a skilled negotiator, Frank works tirelessly to protect his clients’ interests and help them achieve the best possible outcome.
Real estate has been part of Frank’s life for as long as he can remember. He grew up admiring his grandfather, who built a successful commercial real estate development business. After his grandfather’s passing, the business was continued by Frank’s mother and remains a family operation today with the help of Frank and his sister.
Frank began his own path in real estate while attending Miami University, where he earned a degree in Marketing. In 2008, he started working part-time with Fischer Homes training to become a sales associate and continued in the role full time after graduation before becoming licensed in 2010.
Frank moved to Columbus in the second grade and attended Worthington Schools. Today he lives in Lewis Center with his wife and high school sweetheart, Stephanie, their three children, and two dogs. While he grew up playing sports, these days Frank happily admits he’s a bit of a tech and economics nerd who enjoys learning about new technologies, video games, investing, and the forces that shape the housing market.
